We offer free shipping within the U.S. via USPS First Class, please see shipping times during your checkout for an estimate of delivery time after your order is processed.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Returns are accepted on all unworn jewelry in original condition within 14 days after delivery. To place a return simply contact us at 413-644-9994 or customerservice@elementsjillschwartz.com so that we can issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#). Include your RA# with your returned item. Please allow 3-5 business days after receipt for us to process and refund your returned item.

Returns for exchanges are accepted on all unworn jewelry in original condition 14 days after delivery. To make an exchange simply contact us at 413-644-9994 or customerservice@elementsjillschwartz.com so that we can issue you a Return Authorization number (RA#) and note your desired exchange item(s). Include your RA# with your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receipt of your returned item, we’ll then ship your exchange item and refund (if necessary) or bill (if necessary) the difference in cost. Ship to us at:

Most repairs are done free of charge, but we reserve the right to assess every repair and to possibly refuse or charge for more extensive repairs. Please allow 1-2 weeks for repairs to be completed and returned. Repair return shipping costs are non-refundable. Due to the nature of how we use and source materials — some repairs may require small changes from the original, though we strive our best to always stay true to the spirit
of every piece.

Elements Jill Schwartz jewelry is costume in nature - so please take care to avoid using treated cloths or jewelry cleaners on our jewelry - it will damage the plating.

Avoid contact between our jewelry and oils, moisturizer, lotion, perfume, etc. It will damage the plating.

Avoid moisture, activities that may increase sweating, swimming, steam, showering, etc. while wearing our jewelry and avoid such environments for storing our jewelry.

The plating on our jewelry will eventually darken and tarnish over time with wear. This is normal and cannot be repaired. It can be minimized by following the steps above.

Our jewelry should only be cleaned with a soft dry cloth.

Absolutely! One of the reasons we use the Shopify platform is that Shopify is certified Level 1 PCI DSS compliant. This compliance extends by default to all stores powered by Shopify. About PCI DSS:
