ORDER & SHIPPING DETAILS

Most items will likely ship right away. However  in some  cases your order may not ship until four to six weeks after placing your order due to the handmade nature of our products. We will confirm your order and let you know the status via email provided to us. We ship via UPS ground

We accept all major credit cards. Charges to your card will occur the day your item/s ship. A 6.25% sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped within the state of MA.

TRANSIT TIME

Our products ship from Great Barrington, MA. Below is a map of the estimated transit times once UPS has received your order. 

All orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. are shipped via UPS Ground, no signature required, unless otherwise specified. Orders going to Hawaii and Alaska ship via USPS. If you require a different shipping method, please let us know when you place your order. 

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.

REPAIRS

We will repair or replace (at no charge) any goods that need repair for up to one year after purchase. Merchandise returned to us after one year's time can be replace or repaired for a  nominal charge.  All returns are subject to an inspection by Elements upon receipt of goods. You must call our home office to get a Return Authorization number before sending back a return. REFUNDS

You can expect a credit within 7 business to the card you supplied us for payment. Elements/Jill Schwartz receiving the returned item in perfect condition. All returned items must be in original packaging. You will be credited for the price of the returned item(s) only. We do not issue credit for shipping and handling costs. We cannot accept items that have been altered in any way. We will notify you of the status of your return by email or telephone if you provided an email address at the time of placing your order.
